Information used on these sites

Optional advertising technologies

AppLovin and Whop scripts are blocked by default. You may accept both, reject both, or choose each separately. Continuing to browse is not consent. The quiz and site remain available when you reject optional tracking.

AppLovin

With your permission, AppLovin’s Axon pixel and associated loader run on the main site, presell and quiz. AppLovin may collect IP addresses, browser/device information, cookie and other identifiers, page URLs and referral/campaign information, and interactions such as page views and clicks. Standard SDK functionality may also capture identifiers entered in site fields, such as email addresses. This information supports attribution, advertising measurement, personalised advertising and improvement of AppLovin’s advertising systems, including its AI technologies. AppLovin may combine and share information as described in its policy.

For more information about AppLovin’s collection and use of your information visit: https://legal.applovin.com/privacy.

Whop

With your permission, Whop’s pixel runs on the quiz. It uses cookies, browser storage and browser/device identifiers, including fingerprinting, to identify returning browsers and measure and attribute advertising. It may collect device and browser details, page/referral URLs, campaign information and interaction data. Whop explains its processing and disclosures in its Privacy Policy.

Cookies and browser storage

Optional vendor storage can include AppLovin identifiers with names such as _axwrt and _axeid, and Whop identifiers such as _wuid and _wfp. Providers may change their technologies and storage durations; their policies explain their practices. We remove accessible first-party identifiers belonging to a provider when you turn it off. We cannot remove data already received by a provider or cookies on another company’s domain.

Your choices, withdrawal and sale/sharing opt-out

Open “Privacy choices” in any footer to change your settings. Turning off an active pixel reloads the page to stop its scripts, which restarts an in-progress quiz. Your choice affects future collection; it does not undo earlier lawful processing. Privacy, terms and contact pages do not run advertising pixels, even when you have accepted them elsewhere.

Optional advertising disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising, under some US state laws. Use the opt-out below to turn off both pixels for this browser across our two sites. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track opt-out signals by keeping these pixels off, even if you previously accepted them. Clearing cookies or using another browser may require you to choose again.

Why we process information and who receives it

We use necessary technical information to operate and secure the sites, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. We use communications to answer requests. Where applicable, these activities rely on our legitimate interests in operating the sites, responding to you, or complying with law. Optional advertising technology relies on your permission, which you can withdraw.

Information may be received by our hosting and communications providers, the advertising providers you permit, professional advisers where needed, and authorities where disclosure is legally required. Advertising providers also process information under their own policies. We do not operate checkout on these sites. If you visit an independent seller, such as PeptidePilots, that seller’s privacy policy and terms apply to information collected there.

Retention, security and international processing

Quiz selections are held in the current page’s memory and are reset by reloading. We retain communications only as needed to respond, handle related requests, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Our necessary privacy cookie lasts up to 180 days; hosting and advertising providers apply their own retention practices.

We use HTTPS and restrict access to information used to operate the sites. No system can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply to the relevant processing.

Privacy requests and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising, and appeal a decision about a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable rights.

Email info@tenfolddistribution.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or write to Tenfold Distribution LLC at the address above. Tell us what you are requesting and which site you used. We may request proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorised agent’s authority. We respond within the time required by applicable law. To appeal a decision, reply to our response with “Privacy appeal”. For information held independently by AppLovin or Whop, their privacy policies provide their request channels.

Children and policy updates

The sites are intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. We may update this policy and will show the updated date here. Material changes to optional tracking purposes require a new choice before those technologies run.
